ARE YOUR LASHES CRUELTY FREE?

Yes. Our lashes are made of Mink fur. We are always cruelty-free and hypo-allergenic. All of Leida Lash Lashes are sterilized and sanitized before hand for safe use.

 

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REUSE A PAIR OF LASHES?

Leida Lashes are individually hand crafted lashes that are designed to be worn 25x or more if well maintained. 

 

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED GOODS

We currently ship through USPS. Once your package(s) are dropped off at the facility WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. We have no control over your package once it is shipped out. We will NOT refund you if your package is lost/stolen/missing in transit. If you are concerned about something happening to your package(s) please add insurance through USPS at checkout. Contact your nearest USPS location for more info regarding your order after it is shipped out. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for us to process your order. We ship Internationally to the following

The United States (1-4 working days)

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia (all 5-7 working days).

Rest of the world (minimum 7 working days).

 

DO YOUR EYELASH STIPS ONLY COME IN ONE SIZE?

Yes. Leida Lashes only come in a standard length allowing you to customize  and trim yours to your liking.

 

IS EYELASH ADHESIVE OR TWEEZERS INCLUDED?

No. Eyelashes will come in their own container. No tweezers included.

 

CAN I RETURN MY EYELASHES?

YES. You can return the lashes you purchased within 14 days of receiving your product. Just make sure you don't wear them or damage them to get a refund. Faulty pairs of lashes can be exchanged for the same pair, please email us at for more information info@leidalash.com

 

REFUNDS

You have 14 days after receiving your products to decided if you want to ship them back to us. They can't be worn and without damage. We will pay for the shipping. If you pay for shipping we can not refund that. By placing your order you acknowledge you have read our policy.

 

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the shipping address you have provided is incorrect and is delivered back to our facility you will be held accountable for a extra shipping fee to be shipped back out.
