CAN I RETURN MY EYELASHES?
Yes. We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. Up to 14 days after delivered. Lashes must be clean undamaged and unworn. We do hold the right to refused damaged, worn and other harmed lashes. Damage lashes due to shipping can be returned as well. Please email us for more information firstname.lastname@example.org
We have a 100% money back meaning shipping as well. Refund can take 7-10 business days. That's not by our choice but by Shopify card processers. By placing your order you acknowledge you have read our policy.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
If the shipping address you have provided is incorrect and is delivered back to our facility you will be held accountable for a extra shipping fee to be shipped back out.
We will not refund the shipping fee if you ship to the wrong address or if you fail to claim your package from the post office. Thus that package is retuned to sender "Leida Lash" you will receive a refund on the product but not the shipping cost. If you choose free shipping that will come out of the refund amount.
SHIPPING TO P. O. BOXES
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Ordering with a P.O. box as the shipping address you will either have an automatic refund or we will email you.
We currently ship through USPS. Once your package(s) are dropped off at the facility WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. We have no control over your package once it is shipped out. We will NOT refund you if your package is lost/stolen/missing in transit. If you are concerned about something happening to your package(s) please add insurance through USPS at checkout. Contact your nearest USPS location for more info regarding your order after it is shipped out. We want you to get your eyelashes so please contact us and we will do what we can to help you.
If you feel that any item you have received is defective please contact our customer service department for assistance on your item’s warranty. Leidalash.com sells products that are guaranteed to be in working order when we ship them out. Contact us and provide us with information concerning the item’s defect. At tour digression, we will replace, repair, or reimburse your merchandise. Please contact us with any additional questions concerning defective merchandise.
